Ms. Singh is a passionate consumer bankruptcy and immigration attorney. Ms. Singh practices bankruptcy law in all districts of California. She has experience in successfully preparing, filing, and completing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases, lien strip motions, and miscellaneous adversary proceedings. Her days are dedicated to working on consumer bankruptcy petitions from initial client intake to final discharge. In addition to consumer bankruptcy law, Ms. Singh uses her finely honed negotiation techniques to negotiate and secure favorable and affordable debt negotiation settlements on unsecured credit cards. Using her background of getting loan modifications for clients ranging from individuals who were imminently facing foreclosure, to people who were completely current on their loan payments, Ms. Singh is well aware of the tactics and weaknesses of creditors, and uses this to the advantage of her clients. Ms. Singh is also well versed in immigration law matters, with experience in various immigrant visas, non-immigrant visas, and family sponsored immigration categories.

Ms. Christiansen has been working in the field of bankruptcy law for over 13 years. She brings a level of experience and familiarity with the Bankruptcy Code that is unparalleled in the area. She has extensive experience handling bankruptcies from inception to completion. Her experience in the Bankruptcy Courts includes client intake, petition work in Chapter 13 and Chapter 7, motions, adversarial actions, and electronic filing with the Courts.
Her general court experience includes appearances in the Court and Trustee Rooms of the Eastern and Central Districts of California, the Riverside/San Bernardino, Santa Ana, Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley Divisions, Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside Superior Courts.

Ms. Azariah received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles after earning a B.S. in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience, with a minor in Law and Society, from the University of California, San Diego. She is admitted to the State Bar of California, and also to practice law in both the Central and Eastern Districts of California. While obtaining her law degree, she was President of the South Asian Law Students Association, and was actively involved with the Center for Conflict Resolution, as well as the Cancer Legal Resource Clinic.
Ms. Azariah has litigation experience and has performed as first lead counsel in multiple business and real estate trials. As an associate at Stone Haven Law Group, Ms. Azariah prepares and represents clients in both chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcies, and also counsels clients regarding their financial concerns.
In her free time, Ms. Azariah, enjoys rooting for the Los Angeles Lakers, and spending time with her family and her Labrador retriever, Dakota.
Cynthia Lopez, Loan Modification Specialist

Prior to joining the Stone Haven Law Group, she worked as a loan processor for over 13 years, processing FHA/VA, Sub Prime, Conventional, and Home Improvement loans. With this background knowledge of loan processing, Ms. Lopez easily transitioned into loan modifications several years ago when she saw that homeowners were in desperate need of honest and aggressive assistance and representation with modifications.
While working in the field, Ms. Lopez has honed persuasive negotiating techniques and formed formidable contacts with lenders, making her services and experience very helpful for homeowners hoping to resolve their mortgage problems efficiently and effectively.
Ms. Lopez is proficient in Spanish, and is also a notary public.

With more than 14 years of experience in the field of immigration law, Mr. But is well-versed in all types of employment-based and family-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions. He has worked for two of the largest immigration law firms in the U.S. prior to joining Stone Haven Law Group, successfully managing a team of immigration specialists and paralegals in the U.S. and India. Using state-of-the-art technology and communication portals, he was credited with streamlining complex immigration processes and coordinating employment based petition filings for several of the firms’ offices across the United States and India. Mr. But is also familiar with Information Technology (IT) and Intellectual Property (IP) matters.
As a senior paralegal, Mr. But worked on cases for high level executives, scientists and artists for the firms’ Fortune 500 clients and prepared numerous high profile cases. He drafted and successful filed many responses for Request for Evidence (RFE), and Appeals to the Administrative Appeal Office (AAO).
Mr. But worked as Team Leader for the Department of State National Visa Center (NVC) in addition to his extensive experience in the private sector. He was instrumental in designing and implementing many critical processes at the NVC.
Mr. But is fluent in Spanish and Cantonese Chinese.
